1. Introduction

Welcome to The Sovereign Protocol ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website at thesovereignprotocol.io or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

The Sovereign Protocol is a trade name of The Devious LLC, a Delaware corporation.

2. Products and Services

We sell digital products known as "protocols" — architecture documentation for software development. These are delivered electronically in PDF and Markdown formats.

Protocols are documentation, not software. They do not include source code, executables, or runnable applications.

3. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Use the protocol for your own personal and commercial software projects
• Reference the protocol in AI coding tools for code generation
• Create unlimited projects using the protocol's patterns

This license is for one (1) individual. Each team member requires their own license.

4. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Share, distribute, or resell the protocol
• Post the protocol publicly (GitHub, forums, etc.)
• Use the protocol to create competing products
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices
• Claim authorship of the protocol

5. Payment and Delivery

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with download links. Products are delivered digitally — there are no physical shipments.

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Any price changes will not affect existing purchases.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

7. Updates

Your purchase includes lifetime updates to the protocol you purchased. Updates are provided at our discretion and will be available via the re-download page. We are not obligated to provide updates on any specific schedule.

8. Intellectual Property

The protocols, including all text, structure, and formatting, are our intellectual property and are protected by copyright law. Your license grants usage rights only — ownership remains with us.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Protocols are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The protocol will meet your specific requirements
• Code generated using the protocol will be error-free
• The protocol will work with every AI tool

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
